Bill Natlo, Thunder and XTreme Coach

Bill comes to Empire Swimming after three seasons with Middies Swimming, where he coached both Senior and Age Group level athletes.  Bill regularly assisted the developmental groups at Middies, as well. With Middies, Bill was responsible for producing and developing athletes who became County/Conference champions, "JO" qualifiers, YWCA National Champions, Team and Metro Record Holders, Sr. Met, Sectional and Junior National qualifiers.  Bill is a Certified Pool Operator, a Certified Aquatic Manager and has achieved Level 3 recognition from the American Swim Coaches Association. 

During the summer, Bill is the head coach at Rocky Ledge Swimming Association in White Plains, where he took over in 2005.  In 2006, he led the club to a Division IV championship.

In addition to coaching, Bill works at Good Counsel Academy Elementary School in White Plains and is the Head Coach of Men's & Women's Swimming and Diving teams at Pace University.
