2009 - 2010 practice schedule & fees ABOUT EMPIRE SWIMMING Empire Swimming is a year-round competitive swim program formed in June of 2007 by Ilan Noach, former head coach of Middies Swimming in White Plains, NY. Empire Swimming is a member club of USA Swimming (link) and the Metropolitan Swimming (link) Local Swim Committee (LSC). Empire was formed to serve competitive swimmers ages six and up in the Metropolitan Tri-State area. Empire’s philosophy is one of progression. Through unparalleled coaching, training and preparation, Empire athletes will succeed by continually challenging themselves to achieve personal bests to get to the “next level” in their swimming career. Our coaching staff has over fifty years of combined coaching experience, led by Ilan Noach (ASCA Level V).
