Brian will be the head coach of our Torpedoes and Rockets groups this season, as well as assisting at all levels.

Brian joins Empire Swimming after spending four years coaching with Middies Swimming.  In his capacity there, Brian was the lead coach for both the Senior III and Silver groups and worked with both the Senior and Age Group level swimmers, as well. 

Brian was a successful competitive swimmer growing up, and graduated from Iona College in 2005 where he swam all four years and was named captain in his senior year.  From 2003 to 2005 he was the head coach of the Westwood Swim Association Swim Team, leading them to a Division III title.  Brian is a Certified Pool Operator and, during the summer, is the Assistant Pool Director at the Manursing Island Club in Rye, NY.
